Zefektivnění opracování válců pro kalibraci

Abstract

The diploma thesis is about making production of selected part more efficient, it is about roller, which we use for calibration. My aim of the diploma thesis is project, compare and choose exchangeable cutting plate, which is in experimental measurement shows the best durability. Material of semi-finished product is special modular cast iron with hardness up 500HB. The first part of my diploma thesis describes cutter materials and existing technological process manufacturing. In the second part experimental measurement is described and after is evaluated with suggested conclusion.
