The diploma thesis is focused on the design and realization of new clamping device with zero-points for machine RMX 3500. Thesis is composed of theoretical analysisof clamping during machining and design of individual parts of new clamping device. Production proces of whole clamping device step by step including examples
of machining tools and parameters of milling. After that there is shown testing of whole systém and performation of technical-economical summary and evaluation
of the financial return on production of whole clamping system. In the end of thesis there are sugestions for other ways to improve production on the RMX 3500 and complete summary of this thesis.
