Optimalizace plánování a řízení výroby ve společnosti OSTROJ a.s.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe the production process with a time imaging division Smithy and design optimization of production and increase the efficiency of this manufacturing process. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes a literature search focused on optimization, management and organization of production. The introduction of the company is introduced OSTROJ a.s. The practical part describes the manufacturing process and an example of the imaging time. Conclusion of the practical part is devoted to the specification of problems and suggestions for their improvement together with the financial evaluation.
