Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create a controlling application for servo-drive and demonstrate it. The support carries out movement in vertical or horizontal plane due to the difference in the direction of rotation of the motors connected to the cross-linear guide. Movements are implemented via a control application created in TIA Portal V13 development environment by Siemens. The device may also be controlled by visualization using HMI KTP600 from Siemens. The control is realized by a programmable logic controller S7-1516-3 PN/DP and Sinamics S120 frequency converter designed for demanding applications in the area of drives, where the communication between the PLC and the S120 runs through Ethernet. The task has undergone an innovation in terms of used modules together with the addition of safety measures and functions, which were subsequently parametrized in Starter version 4.4 and technological objects of the TIA Portal.
