Abstract

KUCHAŘ, Dominik. Interchange of the Information in the Cross-Border Emergencies. Ostrava, 2018. Vysoká škola báňská - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering. Diploma thesis deals with the transfer of informations during zhe extraordinary events. It deals with closed contracts between the states the Czech republic. Closed contracts are not just formal documents, but they provide precise procedures and steps for both of the interchange of information in the beginning of the extraordinary event and the resolution of extraordinary event occurring across the border line. Contracts affect the activities of individual components of the rescue system. It also touches the legislation of this area in European Union.
