Abstract

KUCHAŘ, Dominik. Předávání informací při přeshraničních mimořádných událostech. Ostrava, 2018. Vysoká škola báňská - Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství. Diplomová práce se zabývá přenosem informací při mimořádných událostech. Zabývá se uzavřenými smlouvami mezi státy sousedícími s Českou republikou. Uzavřené smlouvy nejsou pouze formálními dokumenty, ale stanoví přesné postupy a kroky jak pro předávání informací při vzniku mimořádné události, tak pro řešení mimořádné události přesahující státní hranice. Smlouvy postihují činnost jednotlivých složek záchranného systému. Dotýká se i legislativy této problematiky v rámci Evropské unie.

Diploma thesis deals with the transfer of informations during zhe extraordinary events. It deals with closed contracts between the states the Czech republic. Closed contracts are not just formal documents, but they provide precise procedures and steps for both of the interchange of information in the beginning of the extraordinary event and the resolution of extraordinary event occurring across the border line. Contracts affect the activities of individual components of the rescue system. It also touches the legislation of this area in European Union.
