Konstrukční návrh zařízení pro manipulaci s válcovanými profily

Abstract

The master’s thesis deals with the design of the device for handling rolled profiles, whose purpose is to facilitate the strenuous work of the leveler operator when handling straight profiles after the straightening process. The device catches the profile after leaving the straightener, which is then laterally transported into the pockets for further processing. In the introduction of the work is described the production process of special profiles from the perspective of material transport. The next part is devoted to the description of the current state of the device behind the profile straightener. Then there are suggestions of possible variants of constructional solution with its own design solution, including description of individual parts and numerical solution of the most important construction nodes. Part of the thesis is also drawing documentation of selected parts.
