Hospodaření zdravotní pojišťovny se zaměřením na fond prevence

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hospodařením Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny. V teoretické části je popsáno financování zdravotnictví v ČR. Dále je zde popsán systém veřejného zdravotního pojištění a metody financování zdravotní péče. Součástí teoretické části je také popis organizace a správy Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny. Vývoj pojištěnců, jako hlavní indikátor hospodaření zdravotních pojišťoven, je obsažen taktéž v teoretické části diplomové práce. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu jednotlivých povinně zřizovaných fondů Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny, zejména na základní fond zdravotního pojištění. Analýza základního fondu je provedena v letech 2005 – 2010. Obsahem cíle práce je taktéž analýza fondu prevence jako nástroje konkurence v oblasti zdravotních pojišťoven. Poslední kapitola se zabývá zjištěnými nedostatky v hospodaření Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny a možnými návrhy řešení.

This thesis deals with management of the General Health Insurance Company. The teoretical part describes the financing of health care in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, there is described a system of public health insurance and health care financing methods. The theoretical part is a description of the organization and administration of the General Health Insurance Company. Development of insured, as the main indicator of economic health insurance is also included in the theoretical part. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the individual compulsory establishment funds, especially for basic health insurance fund. Analysis of the Basic Fund is made in the years 2005 - 2010. Aims work comprises also an analysis of the Prevention Fund as a instument to prevent competition in health insurance. The last chapter deals with the identified deficiencies in the management of the General Health Insurance proposals and possible solutions.
