Modifikace systému pohonu žehlicího válce žehliče

Abstract

This master thesis is focused on modification of a roll drive system of an ironer roller. Designed modifications enable to use a reversing by electromotor, not affecting layout of other components used in machine and keep the system of the direct drive, with manual emergency motion of roll system by handle, protected by patent EP 2 532 780 A1. The optimal solution is selected from designed modifications. Force, strength and deformation analysis are made for the selected solution. Some of these analysis is performed by FEM. Further, the requested drawing documentation is created for this solution.
