Analýza procesu přijímání a adaptace pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The topic of bachelor thesis are employee recruitment and adaptation process in a selected company. Its goal is to analyze these processes and their subsequent evaluation on the basis of the analysis. The analysis was conducted with structured interviews with manager and human resources specialist, observations and questionnaire survey. The researched processes were also compared with the theoretical base on which the bachelor thesis is based. After evaluating results of the analysis were suggested recommendations to selected company for improving the processes.
