Hodnocení efektivnosti veřejných portálů v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva a krizového řízení

Abstract

This master's thesis engages with the evaluation of public websites' effectiveness in the realm of population protection and crisis management. The theoretical part defines current legislation and population warning devices. This section is followed by the description of selected public websites. In the pratical part, the effectiveness of public websites was analyzed in relation to the precautionary informing of population, using Fuller's triangle and other evaluation criteria.
