dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se věnuje zhodnocení efektivnosti veřejných portálů v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva a krizového řízení. Teoretická část vymezuje současnou legislativu a prostředky varování obyvatelstva. Na tuto část navazuje analýza vybraných veřejných portálů. V praktické části byla pomocí Fullerova trojúhelníku a dalších zvolených kritérií vyhodnocena efektivnost veřejných portálů ve vztahu k preventivnímu informování obyvatelstva.cs
dc.description.abstractThis master's thesis engages with the evaluation of public websites' effectiveness in the realm of population protection and crisis management. The theoretical part defines current legislation and population warning devices. This section is followed by the description of selected public websites. In the pratical part, the effectiveness of public websites was analyzed in relation to the precautionary informing of population, using Fuller's triangle and other evaluation criteria.en
