Optimalizace procesu řízení neshodné výroby v podmínkách strojírenské firmy

Abstract

Presented bachelor thesis concerns the issue of effectiveness of process of management nonconforming production in engineering company. The aim is to create an analysis of the current situation, identify weaknesses and propose measures that will lead to optimization of management process of usable material. Introductory part is devoted to presentation of the problem and to analyze of the current situation in the company. Following chapters are focused on weaknesses and proposals for improvement are identified. The expected contribution of this thesis is to optimize the existing managing the process.
