Abstract
This thesis describes the Construction Design of the Wiper Device equipment malt house in Pilsner Urquell as in Pilsen. The work is divided into three parts. The first section describes the basic processes in malting. The second part describes the current Wiper Device. Just The last section deals with the design of new devices and sensors.
