dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce hodnotí efektivnost investice tvořenou pořízením technologické linky společností VÍTKOVICE HAMMERING, a.s. za účelem uspokojení rostoucí poptávky po výkovcích a kovaných polotovarech. Diplomová práce je rozčleněna na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou dané společnosti a obecnou teorií investiční činnosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na popis a samotnou analýzu této investice, tedy její zhodnocení pomocí vybraných metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Závěr práce obsahuje celkové shrnutí dosažených výsledků.cs
dc.description.abstractThe present thesis evaluates the effectiveness of investments comprised the acquisition of technological lines VÍTKOVICE HAMMERING, a.s. in order to meet the growing demand for forgings and forged blanks. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the society and the general theory of investment activity. The practical part focuses on the description and analysis of the investment itself, thus its evaluation by selected assesment methods of investment. In conclusion the work contains summarizing of found results.en
