Abstract

OBORNÁ, Alena. Bezpečnostní studie ohrožení vlakového nádraží Český Těšín uloženým NVS. Ostrava 2021. Diplomová práce. VŠB – TU Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, Katedra bezpečnostních služeb. Vedoucí diplomové práce Ing. Stanislav Lichorobiec, Ph.D. Cílem této diplomové práce je provedení bezpečnostní studie ohrožení vlakového nádraží Český Těšín uloženým NVS. Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje problematice terorismu, NVS a také pyrotechnickým prohlídkám. V její další části jsou popsány účinky výbuchu na stavební konstrukce společně se vzorci pro jeho výpočet. Důležitou částí práce bylo provedení analýz rizik, které vedly ke zjištění nejrizikovějších míst k uložení NVS ve vnějších a vnitřních prostorech vlakového nádraží. Pro tyto místa byly následně provedeny výpočty účinku výbuchu na stavební konstrukce. Poslední částí práce je návrh vhodných opatření, sloužící ke snížení rizika uložení NVS a jeho iniciace.

Supervisor of the Thesis Ing. Stanislav Lichorobiec, Ph.D. The purpose of the thesis is to perform safety study of the threat to the Český Těšín train station imposed by the IED. The teoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of terrorism, IED and pyrotechnic inspections. The next part describes the effects of the explosion on buiding structures together with patterns for calculation. An important part of the work was to perform a risk analysis which led to the identification of the most risky places to imposition of IED in the external and internal areas of the train station. Calculations of the effect of the explosion on building structures were subsequently undertaken for these places. The last part of the work is a proposal for effective measures to reduce the risk of IED imposition and its initiation.
