Abstract

All you have ever wanted to know about the Czech Trade Inspectorate but were afraid to ask. You can find all the answers in this work in which we focus on the Czech Trade Inspectorate’s status on the Czech consumer’s market. In the first chapter we analyze consumers and their shopping behavior. We mention the consumer’s typology and also how typical Czech customer is like. In the next chapter we focus on the consumer’s protection, the Czech Trade Inspectorate and the results of its activity. Leading article, interview, gloss and survey, all these are the journalistic genres which we can find in the last journalistic chapter.
