Zhodnocení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve stavební společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the process of acquiring and selecting employees in Gemo a.s. The goal of the work is to assess the current state of the company and propose possible improvements and recommendations. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the management of human resources in connection with the topic of work, the process of acquiring employees, possible internal and external sources and various ways and methods of acquiring and selecting employees are also described. The practical part first focuses on the introduction of the company Gemo a.s., then the structure of the employees is described, and through a questionnaire filled out by the employees of the given company and a semi-structured interview with the director of the personnel and marketing department, the process of acquiring and selecting employees in the company is evaluated. Based on the identified shortcomings, changes are proposed that should ensure greater efficiency of the given process.
