The master’s thesis "Benchmarking of selected companies" is focused on benchmarking and its use in the company VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING Plc. The theoretical part defines the following terms: benchmarking, financial analysis, users of financial analysis, resources and individual selected indicators of financial analysis. The practical part is focused on the design of benchmarking, the evaluation of results and evaluation of the current situation in the company VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING Plc.
