V teoretické části je vymezen benchmarking, finanční analýza, uživatelé finanční analýzy, zdroje a jednotlivé vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vytvoření benchmarkingu, zhodnocení výsledků a zhodnocení aktuální situace společnosti VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING a.s.cs
