Abstract

The topic of this thesis is The Salary Conditions in the Social Services Oriented on particular funded organization. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the conditions and development of wage costs and salary conditions of workers of the chosen organization providing social services in the period of 2010 – 2016. The organization and economy of social services is described in the second chapter. It is also oriented on social policy, public services and demographic development. The third chapter focuses on remuneration in the chosen organization of social services, on its tasks and competences. The fourth chapter deals with evaluation of expenses for salaries of social workers in social services and also the expenses for salaries in social services in relation to total costs.
