Analýza konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku poskytujícího účetní služby

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje zkoumaní konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku působícího v oblasti poskytování účetních služeb. První část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů a charakteristických metod sloužících pro zkoumání konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Následně je představen a charakterizován zkoumaný podnik. Praktická část této diplomové práce se věnuje zkoumání konkurenceschopnosti sledovaného podniku pomocí analýz vymezených v teoretické části práce. Po zpracování dílčích analýz je v konečné části modelován návrh a další doporučení pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti zkoumaného podniku.

This thesis examines the competitiveness of a small business operating in the field of accounting services. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of basic concepts and characteristic methods used to examine the competitiveness of the enterprise. Subsequently, the examined enterprise is introduced and characterized. The practical part of this thesis is devoted to the investigation of the competitiveness of the studied enterprise by means of the analyses defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. After the processing of the partial analyses, the final part models the design and further recommendations for improving the competitiveness of the investigated enterprise.
