Abstract

The Master Thesis shortly specifies the company Armatury Group a. s. in the introduction, its production range, which consists of industrial valves and piping accessories extended by special valves including cryogenic ball valves, which are manufactured as prototypes presently. I deal with the options of solution of processing the surfaces by finishing machining methods, divided in the abrasive method and the cutting less method, these methods were also used for testing of the sample and prototype part. Above-mentioned facts are described in detail in separated versions, thanks to their application the setting parameters of machining as well as functionality and suitability of current machinery were proved. Individual versions are evaluated at the closing part, the output of testing involves the recommendation of next utilization in manufacturing.
