Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the customer satisfaction research into services provided by THERM,spol s.r.o. The thesis is divided into six parts. Part 1, the introduction, is followed . The second part, which deals with the characteristics of the selected company. In Part 3 presenting the marketing research theory and customer satisfaction. Part 4, the principal part of the thesis, is the actual marketing research performed by means of a questionnaire in the form of direct questioning. Part 5 provides suggestions and recommendations for improving company services. In the conclusion, the evaluation of the thesis is presented.
