Zkracování strojních a vedlejších časů při výrobě výložníku ve firmě UNEX a.s.

Abstract

This thesis deals with the shortening of working and idle times during machining of the 9.7 m long boom in UNEX company. The theoretical section explains the most significant definitions of the technological process and horizontal boring. The main section of the thesis is focused on the monitoring of current machining process. In the following part new cutting tools and design adjustments are proposed with the aim to reduce production costs. The last section contains verification of proposed solutions in praxis. The final part summarizes all results of the thesis.
