Posouzení a úpravy převodovky pro retardér Tatra 815

Abstract

The function of this text is to review a gearbox for retarder Telma Focal 3300 and design some adjustments. First part of this bachelor thesis engages in classification of retarders and describing their functions. There was suggested a way of assembling and construction on vehicle Tatra 815 too. Problems related with a gearbox as for example difficulty running and noise was described in the next part of text. There were introduced parameters of the gearbox too. Adjustments were made in area of cogwheels and bearings. Gear wheels were controlled with software which had been developed on faculty. Based on strength analysis of the gearbox there was designed new bearings which was verified. Results achieved by this bachelor thesis are situated in enclosure.
