Využití obnovitelných zdrojů energie v hotelu

Abstract

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the utilization of renewable energy sources in hotel premises. It is focused on ways for using the renewable sources for water heating and the preparation of hot water for industrial purposes. The thesis is not focused on consumption, production, optimization and utilization of the electric power. The low-potential sources of heat as soil and air are utilized thanks to a thermal pump. Solar collectors contribute to the transformation of the solar energy into heat. In the practical part of the thesis, there is a variant proposal for the use of the above mentioned sources. It is applied on a spa hotel which is typical by its high consumption of heating energy for the purpose of water heating. The return on investment is approximately between 8 – 11 years in all the economic variants. Taking into account the results of the economic evaluation, it is recommended to consider the possibility of the utilization of renewable sources in other similar facilities.
