Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with optimization of process, which represent expeditionary activity in the foot-processing industry. The aim is increasing current productivity in preparations of orders. In scope of resolution of given problem, I made the identification of the narrow site of the system, including the development of its causes and then I propose measures to increase permeability of the limitation. Performed using chronometric measurement I compared the proposed variants with the current expedition. I then developed the selected variant in the simulation program. Result is the solution that is capable of readying severalfold more orders per shift than the existing system.
