Sledovanie výkonnosti firmy Narex, s. r. o. pomocou metódy Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou - sledování podnikové výkonnosti pomocí metody Balanced scorecard ve společnosti Narex, s. r. o. se sídlem v Ždánicích. V úvodné části jsem naznačila problematiku měření výkonnosti v podnicích. Stanovila jsem si cíle diplomové práce. V následující části jsem spracovala teoretická východiska problematiky, jako jsou výkonnost, strategie, metoda Balanced Scorecard a její implementace aj. Pokračovala jsem charakteristikou společnosti Narex, s. r. o., její historií, zaměřením a organizační strukturou. V praktické části jsem pomocí Porterovy analýzy a finanční analýzy vyjasnila hlavní podnikovou strategii. Následně jsem k jednotlivým perspektivám metody Balanced scorecard přiřadila strategické cíle, ukazatele, strategické akce a cílové hodnoty.

The diploma thesis is dealing with the problematics - Company Performance Evaluation by Balanced Scorecard Method in Narex, s. r. o. with residence in Ždánice. In the introduction part I have described the problematic of company performance measurement. I set the diploma thesis objectives. In the next part I elaborated the problematic theoretical solutions as performance, strategy, Balanced Scorecard Method and its implementation, etc. Next part is dealing with the company Narex, s. r. o. characteristics, its history, business and organization structure. In the practical part I have clarified main company strategy, using Porter and financial analysis. Subsequently I matched up strategic targets, indicators, strategic actions and target values to individual perspectives of Balanced Scorecard Method.
