Abstract
Corporate Culture – the Way To Competitiveness
The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out new ways of rising competitiveness of Anvis AVT Company through the analysis of current corporate culture,on which bases suggestions and recommendations are made.
The thesis is divided into three parts.The first section is concerned with the theoretical-methodological basis,where the terms related to corporate culture and competitiveness are defined both with the methods that are used in the analytical section.In the second section of the thesis the Anvis AVT Company is introduced as it is the subject of the analysis.The essential part is the third section,where the data acquired through particular methods are analysed,which results into suggestions and recommendations contributing towards increase in competitineness.
