Abstract

Podniková kultura – cesta ke konkurenceschopnosti

Cílem této diplomové práce je nalezení nových cest ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Anvis AVT prostřednictvím analýzy současné podnikové kultury, na základě které jsou vypracovány návrhy a doporučení.

Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je zaměřena na teoreticko-metodologická východiska, kde jsou vymezeny pojmy související s podnikovou kulturou a konkurenceschopností a metody, které jsou použity v analytické části. Ve druhé části práce je představena společnost Anvis AVT, která je předmětem analýzy. Stěžejní částí je část třetí, kde jsou analyzována data získaná prostřednictvím konkrétních metod, na základě kterých jsou vypracovány návrhy a doporučení vedoucích ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti.

Corporate Culture – the Way To Competitiveness

The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out new ways of rising competitiveness of Anvis AVT Company through the analysis of current corporate culture,on which bases suggestions and recommendations are made.

The thesis is divided into three parts.The first section is concerned with the theoretical-methodological basis,where the terms related to corporate culture and competitiveness are defined both with the methods that are used in the analytical section.In the second section of the thesis the Anvis AVT Company is introduced as it is the subject of the analysis.The essential part is the third section,where the data acquired through particular methods are analysed,which results into suggestions and recommendations contributing towards increase in competitineness.
