Abstract

Presented diploma thesis in its first part describes basic theoretical knowledge from the field of reengineering. In the practical part of this thesis the mentioned knowledge is used to analyse and subsequently adjust current business processes and organizational structure within the selected organization, as this organization faces serious problems. All adjustments to the main processes and organizational structures are designed to meet the main goal: to help this company survive in the current market and increase its competitive strength.
