Tyto poznatky jsou v praktické části využity pro analýzu a následné úpravy stávajících obchodních procesů a organizační struktury vybraného podniku, který má existenční problémy. Úpravy hlavních procesů a organizační struktury jsou navrženy s cílem udržet podnik na trhu a zvýšit jeho konkurenceschopnost. | cs |

In the practical part of this thesis the mentioned knowledge is used to analyse and subsequently adjust current business processes and organizational structure within the selected organization, as this organization faces serious problems.
