Měření a vyhodnocení vibrací na suche podtlakové pumpě typu GXS

Abstract

Bachelor solves the issue of control a vacuum pump GXS by measuring vibrations, from which we can determine the overall diagnosis and the ability to use vacuum pump. The first chapter of thesis is addressed to introduction of the application of technical diagnostics especially Vibrodiagnostics. In the next chapter, we were familiar with the problem of vacuum theory and its application in the world. In the last chapter of the thesis, is addressed to the application of Vibrodiagnostics and evaluation of measured data from the vacuum pump, the possibility of better sensor location or change the method of measuring vibrations, thanks that we can detect the source of vibrations of the separate components of vacuum pumps more accurately.
