Abstract

The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is the assessment of the impact of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) systems on the development of employees' professional skills in the context of the ongoing global digital transformation. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the technological aspects through which artificial intelligence transforms the working environment and to identify key requirements for the qualification and adaptability of human capital. The study focuses on determining the extent of AI tool usage, analyzing employee attitudes toward these innovations, and subsequently proposing recommendations for streamlining the skill development system in the AI era. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, defines the concept of artificial intelligence, maps its historical development, and defines key concepts such as reskilling, upskilling, and competency models. The second, practical part, is dedicated to the evaluation of the author's own quantitative questionnaire survey, the testing of established hypotheses, and the formulation of specific strategic recommendations for organizations striving for effective skill development in a digital environment.
