Abstract
This thesis deals with the structural design of the handling equipment. The device draws the pipes of a diameter from 30 mm to 60 mm and a profile of a square or rectangular shape with dimensions of 40x40 mm to 60x60 mm and lengths from 1 m to 3 m. Subsequently, it places then in the working machine. After pulling them out of the working machine the profile or pipes are cleaned of cuttings from the working machine and the device passes them to the outlet conveyor. The entire device is designed as a single production and handling cell. All transfers are handled using pneumatic grippers. The duty cycle of the device is fully automated, and just because of the great variability of the lengths, some parts of the device are manually adjustable for longer or shorter profile.
