Posouzení vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat a důkladně analyzovat současně nastavený systém vzdělávání a rozvoje ve společnosti OKD, a. s., a na základě této analýzy pak navrhnout doporučení, která by vedla ke zlepšení systému. Samotná analýza se skládá ze dvou částí. V první části byly využity metody obsahové analýzy vnitropodnikových dokumentů a ústního dotazování. Ve druhé části pak byla využita metoda dotazníkového šetření. Použitím zmíněných metod byly zjištěny nedostatky, které posloužily k formulaci konkrétních doporučení pro jejich odstranění. Výsledky této práce umožňují vedení společnosti zlepšit efektivitu systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců.

The goal of this thesis is to describe and thoroughly analyze the current system of education and development in the OKD, a.s. mining company and, based on this analysis, present recommendations that would lead to the improvement of the system. The analysis itself consists of two parts. In the first part, the content analysis of internal documents and oral questioning methods were used. Questionnaire survey was used in the second part. Using these methods, system deficiencies were identified. These findings served to define specific recommendations for elimination of the deficiencies. The results of this thesis allow the management to improve the effectiveness of the system of education and development of the employees.
