| dc.description.abstract | This diploma thesis consists of theoretical part. The main topic is about social insurance of Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. This thesis contains basic definitions of social insurance. The effort of the author is to evaluate and to suggest changes of social system in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. The author subscribes every system in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic of social insurance individually and also she mentions differences between the social insurance in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. This diploma thesis contains suggestions for changes in the social insurance in both of these countries. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Práca pozostáva z teoretickej časti, pričom hlavnou témou je problematika sociálneho poistenia Českej republiky a Slovenskej republiky. Práca obsahuje základné definície z oblasti sociálneho poistenia. Snahou autorky je zhodnotiť a navrhnutie zmien sociálneho poistenia v Českej republike a v Slovenskej republike. Už z názvu práce je zrejmé, že autorka vytvára pohľad na sociálne poistenie oboch krajín. Autorka sa najskôr venuje každému systému samostatne. Taktiež uvádza rozdiely v sociálnom poistení medzi Českou republikou a Slovenskou republikou. Práca obsahuje aj návrhy na zmeny v oblasti sociálneho poistenia oboch krajín. | cs |
