Abstract

Human resources management still remains an area that deserves substantial focus and engagement. This issue, which the thesis handles, is in its theoretical part, presented in an understanding ane well discribing manner from specific literature and also offers important theoretical solutions relating to the real human resources management in a particular organization. The thesis also includes a seperate, practical part, which contains a research carried out in the organization. This research, in the form of a questionnare, became a pivotal material for an overall assessment and subsequent proposals for improvement.
