Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

The main purpose of this Diploma Thesis was to do total evaluation of financial management of the company ABC s. r. o. and suggested many tips for improving its economic situation. It was reason, why I used traditional and modern methods. As traditional method I used a vertical analysis, horizontal analysis, proportion analysis and analysis of the working capital. In modern methods I used valuing rates of performance and especially Balanced Scorecard method and IN models.

The result of these methods was information, that this company has an unsteady results, which were shown in other indicators. Company has chosen unfit way of financing and ABC has not flexible reacted of changing situation in the market. ABC has not focused on relations with consumers and on the market research. This non-active view of the situation was reason of loosing many orders, which would help the company in a bad situation. If the company was doing a market research and finding new possibilities and opportunities, it would prevented from loosing key consumers, which was a big problem for the company.

Is necessary for ABC s. r. o, company to focus on processes and lean places, which I suggested, to have good results and make value added ratio in the long term.
