Abstract
Target of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and new define service processes, especially processes for claim management after implementation of transfer price model. Additionally is necessary to define requirements for change of actual ERP system in service.
Introductory theoretical part describes in wide context the principles of business model of transfer prices, importance of ERP systems for management of industrial companies and also questions relevant to claim management. Practical part focuses on description of actual service processes and analysis of possible solutions with the aim to ensure right value flow between production factory and headquarter company, to improve economical and technical reporting and all processes should be proposed with the aim not to increase actual cost for service processing. This thesis was done in companies Siemens, s.r.o., branch works Elektromotory Frenštát, branch works Elektromotory Mohelnice and parent concern Siemens AG, Business Unit Large Drives – LD, with headquarter in Nuremberg Germany.
