Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to compile a real and feasible business plan for a functioning limited liability company focused on gastronomy. The business plan is aimed at operating a mobile gastronomic fast food kitchen, which offers many opportunities. As part of the company's activities, the offer of quality burgers in the city of Opava is provided. The first part contains an introduction to the bachelor's thesis. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical part, where the concepts of entrepreneur, business in the gastronomy segment, business plan and business environment were introduced. Further subchapters focus on the analyses that are processed in chapter 3. The practical part is divided into chapters: analysis of the business environment and draft business plan. The chapter on business environment analysis includes PEST analysis, Porter analysis, Hygiene requirements, SWOT analysis and risk matrix. Subsequently, the chapter entitled draft business plan contains an introduction to the company, vision, goals and mission. Furthermore, the proposal includes the personnel and product offer of the company. The financial plan is prepared in 3 variants (pessimistic, neutral and optimistic). Using the financial plan and the analyses performed in Chapter 3, a viability assessment is prepared in Chapter 5.
