Návrh výrobního postupu svařence

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem výrobního postupu pro svařenec. V první části popisuje teorii výpočtu výrobních kapacit a mapuje současný stav výroby. Na těchto základech jsou v druhé části vypočítány výrobní kapacity pro daný svařenec. V následující třetí části, je navržen samotný výrobní postup svařence nájezdové rampy. Součástí poslední čtvrté části Bakalářské práce je zhodnocení a je zde uveden i celkový přínos návrhu výrobního postupu svařence.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the manufacturing process for the weldment. The first part describes the theory calculation of production capacity and maps the current state of production. Based on the first theoretical part there is in the second part calculated production capacity for the current weldment. In the following third part is designed to process itself weldments ramps. Part of the fourth and last part of the thesis is to evaluate and here is written overall contribution of the design process weldments.
