Návrh motivačného programu vo vybranej organizácii

Abstract

Motivation is closely connected with the overall role and position of a man in a society, with their activities and personalities. The subject of the thesis on the theme "Proposal of a Motivation System in a Selected Company“ is to propose some changes of a motivation plan on the basis of detailed analysis, or potentially to propose possibilities of its formation in the conditions of a particular company. The theoretical part of the thesis refers to the forms and possibilities of the motivation. The practical part refers to the analysis of the motivation factors and the subsequent proposal of the change of a motivation plan in a selected company. To have a good employee motivation system it is necessary to transform all the possibilities into the system which is reachable and understandable for everyone. The formation of a motivation programme seems the way to increase the productivity of labour.
