Thesis consider to importance section of cooperation for unit and assembling production in Vítkovice Heavy Machinery, a.s. The forepart is taken part aczual position in company above all economic, productive and organizational standing of a firm. The next part is desribed process of determination purposes for cooperation from variety of operation section. Following the charter is considered direction work of cooperation emloyees, which they provide subsidiary production with implementation of commissions. Finally is analysis of positive and negative features, for make use of a cooperation and the suggestion reduces disadvantages.
