Redesign kabiny závěsné důlní lokomotivy

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the redesign of the cabin of a suspended mining locomotive. The goal was to create a new cabin design with an emphasis on operator safety and comfort, while considering the structural constraints and operational conditions of underground mining environments. As part of the work, a somatographic study was conducted focusing on the male population of Chinese workers. The original design was modified in several aspects, while retaining some of the key elements. The output of the thesis is a 3D model of the new cabin created in Rhino 8 software, along with the accompanying technical documentation. The final design takes into account ergonomic, manufacturing, and operational aspects, and is ready for further development or implementation in practice.
