Abstract

This college thesis is focused on national quality food labels such as Klasa, Regionální potravina and Český výrobek – garantováno Potravinářskou komorou ČR. The goal of this thesis is to gather as much of relevant informations about food quality labels as possible. Based on defined objectives, do comparative analysis of those labels and analyze a possible utilization of them in practice. For this purpose, the comprehensive information base has been created from appropriate secondary data. The results of this thesis give a reader clear summary and simple orientation on the field of appointed quality labels currently operating on the Czech market.
