Automatizace montážní linky pro kontrolu brzdy vnitřní převodovky

Abstract

This diploma thesis describes the design and implementation of a preparation for the an automation of work lines with an aim of manipulating a verified part to ensure a suitable test position. The test function will be performed on braking system of internal gear. It describes the design and implementation of the test product, further discusses the communication between the components of the control system, design and implementation for PLC, visualization and processing of documentation. At the end of this work, the achieved results of the solution and the overall evaluation are summarized.
