Automatizace montážní linky pro kontrolu brzdy vnitřní převodovky

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací přípravy pro automatizaci pracovní linky s cílem manipulace s ověřovaným dílem pro zajištění vhodné testovací polohy. Test funkce bude provedena na brzdovém systému vnitřní převodovky. Popisuje návrh a provedení zakládání do testovacího přípravku, dále rozebírá komunikaci mezi komponentami řídicího systému, návrh a implementaci pro PLC, vizualizaci a zpracování dokumentace. V závěru této práce jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky řešení a celkové zhodnocení.

This diploma thesis describes the design and implementation of a preparation for the an automation of work lines with an aim of manipulating a verified part to ensure a suitable test position. The test function will be performed on braking system of internal gear. It describes the design and implementation of the test product, further discusses the communication between the components of the control system, design and implementation for PLC, visualization and processing of documentation. At the end of this work, the achieved results of the solution and the overall evaluation are summarized.
