Detekce tepelně indukovaných strukturních změn konstrukčních materiálů sondami Phased Array

Abstract

This thesis is focused on application of Phased Array probes to measure ratio of the longitudinal and transversal ultrasonic waves velocity due material. It is assumed that L/T ratio should react on microstructure changes caused by heat treatment or high-heat degradation processes. The introductory part deals with problematics of pressure equipment and high-heat degradation processes, which are mainly in power plant industry. Next chapters include explanation of detection of heat affected materials measured with PA method. Ending describes an experiment on verification of phased array sensitivity and results which are discussed.
